Our mission is to Educate, Inspire and Support newly diagnosed Breast Cancer Survivors during their Breast Cancer Journey.  The Bosom Buddies was founded in the late seventies by Carolyn Knight, Cathy Zaitz and Margaret McCoy.  It was a club dedicated to support woman in their struggle with breast Cancer.  A year ago Janelle Basham and Kimberly (Kimbo) Slingerland both took the Baton and decided more was needed in our area since the closest support “Michelle's Place“ (www.michellesplace.org) is at the far end of Murrieta, Californa.  The distance and traffic makes it very inaccessible for many patients going through chemotherapy and radiation. Although we are a great team and use them often as a resource for wigs, their library and Mammogram services ours is a more intimate setting.
